Venue Information

Bedford Heights was built by Texas Instruments in 1960. The building was installed with a cyclone proof roof, being a blue print lifted from the Texas Headquarters at that time in Dallas. External window glazing was replaced in the 1980’s. In 1999 the building was transformed into fully managed office spaces ranging from 180 to 28,000 ft.

With stylish lounge areas for relaxing or entertaining clients, and three courtyards to catch some fresh air and lunch al fresco.

Bedford Heights boasts an excellent range of support facilities, including a managed reception, security, CCTV monitored parking, 24 hour access and an onsite maintenance team.

Other facilities include the recently renovated courtyard café Graze, managed by Elior UK.

Conference services include a selection of flexible meeting rooms that can hold up to 200 delegates and come complete with modern AV equipment.

There is also a break out room that can double as a catered private dining room which can seat 12 people.

Breakfast is available from 08.30am  – 10.00am in Graze our onsite café and Travelodge guests are welcome.


Space to Rent

Whether you are a recently established business or a large multi-national company, Bedford Heights has the space and services for you. We offer any size or combination of space, on flexible terms, with a range of packages to suit all budgets. From 120 to 25,000 ft2. In addition we anticipated offering a communal desk sharing area for fledgling businesses. We offer a Virtual Office address and post facility. There are also various storage facilities ranging in size from 50 to 1000 ft2. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Having used both the larger training room for a 3 day course and the smaller room for a workshop I can confirm that the facilities at Bedford Heights are clean, bright and comfortable. Mandy is always attentive and efficient when booking rooms and showing the trainers to their venue and on the full days, refreshments are topped up throughout the day by the friendly and accommodating catering team.

There is free parking, clean toilet facilities and the canteen serves a good selection including a vegetarian option, it is also reasonably priced. I would recommend these facilities and in fact one of my external contacts who came in to do our workshop was so impressed she asked for their phone number so that she might use it for her own training.
